Feed Capabilities
The Polymers Technology Center maintains gravimetric feeders and side feeding for accurate and reliable feeding of additives and fillers.
We can feed any of the following:

Underwater Pelletizing
Strand Pelletizing
The Polymers Technology Center also offers customized packaging and labeling.
Mixaco Mixer
Mixaco has consigned PCE one of their Speedy 50 SD Mixers. This is a high speed mixer for dry solids and liquids which will allow us to intensely mix additives or masterbatches. It has mixing sacks which allow for easy clean up and off line mix preparations.
Melt Pump
PTC just purchased a Maag Extrex 70 series gear pump for our 50mm Leistritz Maxx compounding line. The melt pump will increase the output stability of our twin screw and will help us compound and pelletize a wider range of materials.
